One of our Event Directors will return your email as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that if you sent your email on a Thursday or Friday, it may take us until the following business week to return your email.

As you can imagine, events require a lot of our time and attention overseeing vendor load-in, setup, etc. and that means we are often away from our desks assisting clients on property. Your event is important to us too, and we appreciate your understanding.

In the meanwhile, here are some additional ways to prep for a tour, learn more about The Dayton Arcade, and gather planning inspiration for your event.

Plan ahead for your venue tour

Here are a few tips to make sure you get the most out of your tour:

  • Please have all decision makers present so that they can experience DAE for themselves.

  • Have your approximate guest count and overall event budget in mind including extras like catering, bar, decor, etc. You will need this crucial info wherever you tour.

  • If your desired date books, please have one or two possible backup dates.

  • Dayton Arcade Events does not hold event dates. Dates are reserved on a first come first serve basis with a signed contract and booking payment. The booking payment is 50% of your venue rental total. The final payment of the venue rental total is due, in its entirety, 30 days prior to your contracted date.

  • Please make checks payable to CW Events. A credit card surcharge will be added to all credit card payments.

  • Lastly, plan ahead for parking. There is metered on-street parking as well as parking in The Reibold Garage at 25 W 5th Street.
