The Arcade isn't just a revitalized historic point-of-pride for downtown Dayton. It's a one-of-its-kind innovation center aimed to drive Dayton into the future. We’re a hybrid space for visitors and businesses to coexist and feed off of each other’s passions. You have the ability to book The Rotunda, The Tank Inspired by CenterPoint Energy, and The Galleria individually or for a truly immersive event experience you can book them all together. Our Event Directors can help you navigate which event spaces will work best for your needs.

Rotunda Only Rental

  • Includes The Rotunda for 5 Hours of event time with additional setup and teardown time included

  • Green Rooms/Dressing Suites available 3.5 hours before event start with additional rental of The Tank

  • See each event space webpage for a complete listing of rental items included within each room.

  • Dinner Seating up to 500 Guests, 1,000 Guests for a Cocktail Event (standing), or 700 Guests in Theater Style Seating (presentations)

  • Additional setup and teardown time included

  • Events hosting more than 300 guests may be subject to an additional fee.

  • We do not offer discounted rental rates to non-profit organizations as we are managed by Culture Works, a non-profit entity itself. Your rental of Dayton Arcade Events helps supports arts funding in the greater Miami Valley.

The Complete Tank Experience (No Rotunda Rental)

  • Includes all three lower-level event spaces: The Tank Theater, Pre-Event Space, and The Galleria. Ideal for smaller events such as private dinner parties, award/pitch presentations, and networking events.

  • See each event space for a complete listing of rental items included

  • 5 Hours of event time with additional setup and teardown time included

    Thursday - Sunday: $3,200

Monday - Wednesday: $2,500

Additional Time in The Tank: $350 per hour

Add on Green Rooms/Dressing Suites: $500

The Tank Theater Only

Perfect for a presentation, performance, or filming interviews, this rental rate includes theater-style seating only (no table setup or catering).

Friday-Sunday: $2,500

Monday-Thursday $1,500

Additional Time in The Tank: $350 per hour
