Catering and bar services

Catering and Bar Services are a key component of any event. Our approved caterer consistently provide quality food, good service for events of any size, and affordable options along with a variety of upgrades, if desired.

Additional questions about catering or bartending can also be found on our FAQs page.

Just as a reminder - all food and beverage must be provided by a Dayton Arcade Events approved caterer. Catering costs are not included in the venue rental price and requires separate payment made directly to your contracted caterer.

Dayton Arcade Events does not provide any tableware, china, glassware, etc. as these will be provided by your caterer, Prime Time Party Rental, or other approved decor rental company.

Additional Catering services

Bartending services

Our Catering Partner also offer bartending services. We recommend that you just add this service with your contracted caterer. However, if you do wish to book an outside bartending company, they must be insured and approved by your Event Director.

Food Trucks

Food trucks can add a fun experiential element to your event; however, we do NOT recommend them for a full dinner service. The logistics of serving several hundred people at once just doesn’t work. They can work as a dessert option, fun late night snack or if you book several they offer variety for conference/meeting/trade show dining options.

These food vendors must be licensed, insured, and approved by your Event Director. Ask us for more details.
